Sponsors play a crucial role in our ability to present the Utah Arts Festival each year.

Community Engagement

It costs us an average of $35/attendee to produce the Utah Arts Festival each year. The highest price general admission ticket costs $18. Funding from sponsorships helps us make up the difference and provide discounted and free ticket opportunities to make sure all members of the community can afford to attend. Sponsorship opportunities directly connected to this include:

  • Free Kids Program
  • Community Outreach
  • Thursday Discount
  • Lunchtime Discount
  • Senior/Military Discount
  • Custom opportunities also available

Programs

About 60% of our revenue is earned through ticket sales and concessions which contributes to offsetting production costs. Sponsorships make it possible for us to continue to invest in and evolve our programming, which ultimately helps ensure our community is vibrant and thriving. The more sponsors we have, the more we’re able to offer programmatically. While we do reach a broad demographic as a whole, each program tends to attract a particular target audience. Examples of program sponsorship opportunities include:

  • Stage Sponsorships - Music, Dance, Literary, Street Theater
  • Artist Marketplace

On-site Experience

We want to provide the best experience possible for all who attend. Working with a sponsor to ensure a positive experience or to offer an enhanced experience makes a huge difference. This can span a variety of areas including food and beverage, hydration stations, making it possible for us to offer shade, supporting VIP areas, production-related activities such as the free Valet Bike Lot, , support of our eARTh Team etc. Examples of 2024 partnerships of this nature include:

  • Uinta / Clubtail Lounges - branded areas providing a specific offering exclusive to their respective brand for purchase.
  • Workshop SLC - Made it possible for us to hold a variety of artistic workshops for patrons
  • State Farm - Provided an opportunity for patrons to make their own bobblehead
  • CommonSpirit - Managed a free water station and provided First Aid services.
